Trends ahead!

Hi guys!

Damn Luke great update and totaly fashionable! In fact it's the biggest trend for this S/S 2010 (might wonder what S/S stands for huh? Well: Spring/Summer.
You can use these stripes in any colour you want and also in every way you want.
So I made for my work a picture which captures stripes on the catwalk:

Stripes/ Sailor- look were spotted on models from Marc by Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Lacoste, Marni and Jean Paul Gaultier. You might not know them all but some you should, haha!

You can easily match them with other seasons trends like: leather shorts, sportif look, really hot- hotpants, headbands and overknee- socks. Yes ladies: overknee- socks are hot!

Here an other picture:

Seen at: Alexander Wang and Gaspard Yurkievich.

Another trend that caught my eye was the split- it up dress as seen by Pucci, Lanvin and Versace. Especialy Versace made the most fabulous split- it up dresses. Really hot this season because everything gets really short so make sure you buy a split- it up dress, hotpants and vissible clothes.

Yes vissible clothes are this seasons hottest trend. So let your lingerie shine baby! Naked seems to be the new trend so it seems almost normal that another trend is cut- off swimwear. So cut into your swimsuit and let the sun shine!

Seen at: Amanda Wakeley, Carmen Marc, Gottex and Herve Leger by Max Azzria

My most favourite trend for this season is most likely the webbing trend. Since last season everything should be ripped as a symbol to the economical crisis now we need to weave it to each other again and heal everything. So built up this economy with weaved clothes!

Seen at: Celine, Etro, Mark Fast, Gareth Pugh, Matthew Williamson, Jonathan Saunders and Temperley London.

On a dutch website, for which I work, you can find much more trends. You can also find some old trends from latest season if you like. http://www.weloveshopping.nl/2010/01/raport-trends-voorjaar-2010/.

xoxo,

Milou

P.s.: Luke you know alot of Fashion it seems, you just picked the best trend of S/S 2010! Good job!!
