Driven by the dark side? Or lucky to be in the light?

Hello everyone,

First; Milou I really like your hair(cut) and I like the photo you posted in your last blog. It's very good composed, balanced and a bit mysterious and dangerous!
I totally love a mysterious look, and I believe that we sometimes need a little danger to keep us going. Not only in pictures, in life too. We need a 'drive' or a stimulus and that could be danger. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to say that we always have to be in danger to accomplish something, it just can help us a little.
I'm very often inspired by danger, but also by a scary situation, it's the dark side of life. Fear, danger, anger, sorrow and grief. Those dark sides give me insparation and next to that, the also tell me every time what a lucky person I am. To live here, in the save and secure Netherlands, to have enough money to eat and live in a house. To have loving parents, a big family and good friends.
I'm also lucky because I have a double vacation; I'm going to Canada and to England. I'm so glad I can go to both countries. I totally love England, it's my favourite place to be (till now). I like the people, the culture, the nature, the shops, the cities; London is my favourite city in the world, the villages and so on... But I haven't been to Canada yet and I would love to know more about this country... From what I hear from people, and from what I see on the internet, this country suits me very well... But I will tell you what it's like when I get back, or perhaps even when I'm there.

Make your own skirt!

Hi everyone,

How're you doin'?! I'm great, altough I just don't seem to be able to concentrate on the exams (I've to, come on: support me!), it was great weather today and wore my DIY (Do It Yourself) skirt! And offcourse I'm going to show it (see it as an OOTD):



I wear my own made skirt (love it!), tanktop from webshop ASOS, Mimic Copenhagen heels with phink socks in my heels (totaly Burberry like!) and my brand new real pearls necklace. Like it?

Hi!

How are you today? I'm fine, bussy training for my exams. After finishing this blog I'll going on with Dutch, seems weird huh? Learning Dutch when you live in Holland. But I swear: these exams are hard, right Luke?

Maths is also a real pain in the but, but with a nice tutor it all will come fine.

Tomorow we we'll get our official grades tomorow I'll post them as soon as I got them. But I already know *sneaky* what my grades are. I failed only at one subject: Arts but that's a long story, which I can't explain to you because there are to many Dutch therms in it.

Today I tried something new with eye make-up: I used liqued eyeliner which makes your eyes pop-out. Do you want to see my result? ...Hmm I gues you want to see it, anways here it's:




Not as pretty as a model, I know. But hey at least I didn't use Photoshop...

How to write a blog (if you want to suck totally)

I decided to write again because I'm sick at home right now and I don't think I can't stand an other useless minute. I don't like it; 'doing nothing', I prefer 'being busy' the whole day.
The first thing you need when you are going to write a blog is some good music. It inspires you and stimulates your writing skills. I'm listening to Bright Eyes with Take it easy (love nothing) right now. Normally I don't listen often to this kind of music(I guess it's (underground)Britpop), but it reminds me of a lot of good things and it matches my mood.
When you've got the right music it would be a clever move to search for the subject you want to write about. The only problem here is that I(almost) never have any idea about what I'm going to write when I'm starting a blog. Most of my blogs are impulsive fantasies and ideas that pop up in my head (except for my Ray Ban's blog I posted yesterday!).
The last thing you need is a bit good luck. I'm waiting for it right now, some marvellous ideas, statements or stories.
Unfortunately I don't feel any of it coming. So I think I'm going to post a picture and leave this blog for today.

Ray Ban

When I read Milou's blog about the OOTD, there where two words which immediately stroke me; Ray Bans. I can almost hear you think 'why is this sunglasses brand leaps out at you?'. Well, it's because I read a lot of books and saw a lot of movies where this brand in appears, but I never knew what Ray Bans lookt exactly. So I decided to do some investigation and found directly the brands official site. www.ray-ban.com showed me a lot of sunglasses, a lot of verey pretty sunglasses, the Ray Ban Tech sunglasses for example (click on the picture and you'll see the whole Ray Ban, not just a half):


But if this is a bit to much 'metal' for you, which I understand, there are a lot of other choices you can make. You can buy one with a softer look, or a shiny gold one or a pitch black one!



And quess what, they do all protect your eyes from the blazing sunlight in the summer. I can even say they are good for you; foor your eyes and for your looks!

OOTD!

Hi guys!

How're you doing? I'm good, don't worry I'm not dead. I just wasn't in the mood for blogging, was very bussy with school and now I'm learning for exams. Plus: I also got an cold...

Anyways today I went outside: like come on! It's beautiful weather!! So I put my Ray-Ban Wayfarer on my nose (yes I got myself one!!), put my trenchcoat on and... my Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 went with me.

Anyways here is an OOTD (Outfit Of The Day), I kept prommising that I would post an OOTD soon, so finaly:

Little to share

Oh dear, we didn't keep you up to date at all, did we? I've got a lot to learn, writing this blog more often for example.
The problem about this is that I also have to update Twotimes when I'm totally inspireless, right now for instance. The best thing you can do when you're like this is posting something that you don't have to think about and which already exists, like a poem or pictures. I've got my poem-diary not at hand and I'm not in the mood to think hard now, so it's going to be a picture
The picture is a picture of Nina Dobrev, lovely Nina Dobrev. She has got a lot of beautiful and stylish pictures and I can't get enough of showing them to you.
